The WakeWell Pillow Five-Year Limited Warranty

Our pillows are handmade in the USA with premium quality components. We stand behind our pillows with a five-year, limited warranty against any workmanship or material defects from the original order date. In the event of a defect, as determined solely by WakeWell, we will replace the defective pillow with a pillow of comparable size and model. We will cover all shipping charges. No other remedy is covered by this limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Examples of defects from workmanship or material defects include physical flaws in the construction of the cover such as seams unraveling, zippers breaking or not working correctly, fabric tearing that is not a result of improper use. Problems and issues related to normal wear and tear or improper use of the pillow are not covered by this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not cover flattening of the pillow due to normal use, but will cover unexpected material degradation as determined solely by us. Washing the pillow without express written pre-approval from WakeWell will void this warranty. Improper use of the pillow will void this warranty.

Warranty not applicable to clearance items or factory seconds.

Making a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please email us at: warranty@wakewelltoday.com and include the following in your email:

  1. Order number and/or first and last name of the original purchaser.
  2. Brief description of what is wrong with the pillow.

Once we receive your claim, we will respond within seven business days with next steps.
