Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping to anywhere in the contiguous US, and most locations within Alaska and Hawaii. There may an additional charge to ship to parts of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This additional charge will be reflected on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address, but before you confirm your order. Please note that these extra shipping charges for orders outside the contiguous US will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Do you ship outside the US?
At this time we will ship to anywhere within the US states and Puerto Rico. We do not currently offer shipping outside the 50 US states and Puerto Rico, but we hope to soon. If you are located outside these areas, please let us know. We hope to offer shipping to Canada in the near future.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We will do our best to have all orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Platteville, WI within 1-3 business days (not-including weekends and holidays) from the order date. Most orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground and will be delivered within 2-5 business days once the shipment has been picked up from our warehouse. You will receive an email with your order tracking information as soon as it is picked up from our warehouse. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, the shipping method will be determined based on the order size and delivery address, and may take 7-10 days for delivery from shipment pickup.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Our pillows are sent to you in boxes made from 100% recycled material, with 95% post-consumer content. We use recyclable paper tape with plant based, biodegradable adhesives. Our shipping labels utilize recycle compatible adhesive and are fully recyclable. The labels come on release liners that are 100% recycled AND curbside recyclable.

What's my order status? I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation and tracking information within 3 business days of your order submittal, please check your spam folder in your email account. If you still haven’t received your shipping confirmation please contact us anytime by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number, and first and last name so we can check your order status.
I ordered the wrong size, what can I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to adjust your order to the right size for you. Please email us as soon as possible at: email@example.com. If your order has already shipped we will initiate a refund under our 120-Night, No-Risk, Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee and process a new order for the right size. In this case, you will be charged for the new order, and we will send you a postage paid return label for you to ship the original order back to us. Once we receive your returned items in like new condition we will initiate a full refund for the original purchase.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
We understand, mistakes happen. If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been shipped we will be happy to correct your order. If your order has already left our facility, we unfortunately won’t be able to make any corrections. Please contact the courier directly per your shipping order confirmation email to update the address.
How do I cancel my order?
We understand sometimes orders need to be cancelled. To cancel your order, please email us at: email@example.com. If your order has not yet been shipped we will be happy to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped we will initiate a refund under our 120-Night, No-Risk, Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee. We will send you a postage paid return label for you to ship the pillow back to us. Once we receive your returned items in like new condition we will initiate a full refund.
